What is Notification?

You can create a mechanism to send automatic email notifications to the person completing the form or to yourself after someone completes the form.

How to use Notification?

Select the Notification feature on the left toolbar. The Notification section will be divided into 2 categories:

1. Self Notifications: send a notification to the form maker when someone completes the form filling.

Select Self Notifications and enable Get a custom email when someone completes your form.

We've got a default message submission form that you can use for your reference and you can customize it as you please.


  • Send email to: the form maker's email will automatically be added and you can add more emails.
  • Reply to: the email address that receives the response mail when the mail receiver replies to the mail.
  • Subject: the title of the mail.
  • Message: the content of the mail.

2. Respondent Notifications: send a notification to the respondent when they complete filling out the form.


  • Send email to: email information will be automatically taken from the Email question card if you have that question card in your form.
  • Reply to: The email address that will receive the reply mail when notification mail is being replied.
  • Subject: the title of the mail.
  • Message: the content of the mail.
