I want more than 200 responses/month?
If you have a need to increase responses to better suit your needs, you can choose a larger number of responses than the default number of 200 responses. You can increase to 350, 600, etc. responses and note that the price will also be adjusted depending on the number of responses you choose.
In case your business has larger needs, you can refer to our higher service plan, Pro Plan to better suit the needs and size of your business.
How can I sign up for the Basic plan?
1. After logging in to your registered account, to change the service plan you are using, click on your account name located in the upper right corner of the screen, select "PERSONAL" to proceed. Choose the plan that fit your need.
2. Next, the screen will display different service packages with many features, come with different service prices as well as the option to extend the package's duration depending on the usage needs of each individual/business.
3. Take a closer look at the Basic plan by scroll down to see the services you'll get with it.
4. Select the Basic plan option as well as the period (Monthly/Yearly) for which you want to extend the plan.
