Preview and Publish

Preview and Publish are two tools that help you moderate content during form making and change the form's open/close state when the form is ready to be filled outPreview

During the form-making process, select Preview to be able to preview it from the perspective of the form user to check for display errors and form filling circuitry.

Preview mode will be displayed in a new tab and simulate exactly the same as the person filling out the form but will not receive any information. Publish

After completing the form and fully testing its features and content, select Publish to make the form visible and open for the recipient of the form to start filling out.

In addition, Publish is used when form creators make changes to their form. After finishing editing the form, press Publish to update those changes.
